Tomorrow and Me….

There have been thousands of ‘em,

And thousands more await.

Wills of many have dared to free,

the fates of their lives at the mercy of ‘em.

Gem’s have perished at the thought of ‘em,

Soul’s still rest mourning of ‘em.

Tired am I, waiting for ‘em,

And history says, there’ll be more of ‘em.

Love beckons, making desirous of ‘em to come,

Pain revokes, old memories of hardest of ‘em,

Heart wishes to see more of ‘em,

But, tomorrow’s and tomorrow’s maybe the last of ‘em.
